I’ve been involved in Free and Open Source projects since late 90’s. The last couple of years I’ve spent a lot of time in software projects with issues related to Free and Open Source and with license compliance things in particular. I work tightly with Software Compliance Academy and Vinland Technology.

My focus is on automating the compliance process as much as possible using FOSS tools only.

My contribution to the compliance tooling is flict which you can use to check if the package (with dependencies) license(s) are compatible with each other and also suggest outbound license.
